AUDI C6 A6 Q7 steering column lock J518 ELV immobilizer module repair replacement emulator

Applied to repair the AUDI C6 A6 Q7 Typ 4F steering column lock module to replace the J518 ELV module.

There are mainly three types of the MCU chip Mask been used on the original J518 ELV module(1L59W, 3L40K, 1L01Y), If the original J518 Module with 0L01Y MCU, can read the eeprom data from original module, then write the eeprom data to the emulator directly.

if the original J518 module MCU Mask type is 3L40K or 1L59W, need covert the eeprom data before write into the emulator, after you read out the eeprom data, can send us, we will convert the eeprom data and send back.

Steps:

• Read and backup the eeprom + flash data from the original J518 module.
• Write the eeprom data to the emulator to the emulator.

Note:

1. When read and backup the data from Original J518 Module,  need solder wire, please refer the wiring diagram in the programmer.
2. The VVDIProg data writing cable only for write the data to the emulator, can not used to read the data from original J518 Module.
